Confession of Our Faith
(1) Authority of the Bible
We believe that the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments are suffi cient, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, written by men inspired by God, and are the sole and absolute standard for our faith and life.
(2) The Living and True God
We believe that there is only one living, and true God, who exists from all eternity in three persons: God the Father,God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe in One and Only God who is the Creator and Ruler of heaven and earth, omniscient and omnipotent, and the God of spirit who is righteous, holy, and loving.
(3) Man’s Sin
Adam, the father of mankind, was created in the image of God, but because of the devil’s temptation, he sinned against God’s command and was separated from God and placed under the dominion of spiritual and physical death. Therefore, we believe that all men are born with a sinful nature and are sinners in thought, word, and deed.
(4) The Deity of Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, died on the cross for the atonement of our sins, rose from the dead on the third day, ascended into heaven, and intercedes for us as our High Priest, sitting at the right hand of God.
(5) Works of the Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit leads people to acknowledge their sin, to be born again those who believe in Jesus Christ, indwells them to teach, guide and purify them of truth, empower them to live and serve as Christians, and transform the redeemed into the image of Christ.
(6) Salvation by Faith
We believe that salvation is not through good deeds of men, but through the grace of God, and through Christ’s accomplishing work of the cross.
We believe that only those who believe in and accept Christ as their Savior can be forgiven of
their sin, be justifi ed, and receive eternal life.
(7) The Church, the Body of Christ
We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, that Christ is the head, and that all who are born again are parts of His body. We believe that the church on earth is the assembly of the baptized, who must adhere to the teaching of the Word ,to partake of the Lord’s sacrament, to fellowship, and preach the gospel to the lost in accordance with the commandment of Christ.
(8) The End time
We believe that at the end time, Jesus Christ will return in glory, and the bodies of those who believe in Him will be resurrected and receive eternal blessings. After the Millennium Kingdom when the saints will reign with Christ on earth, Satan will be judged and the bodies of those who do not believe in Christ will be resurrected and receive eternal punishment.
